In 2009, Dustin made a significant move to Teton Valley, where he not only found his new home but also the love of his life, a local native. Over the years, he and his wife have built a strong and loving family, raising two wonderful children together and calling a cattle and horse ranch home in Tetonia, Idaho.
Before fully immersing himself in the world of home building, Dustin spent 17 years in the retail industry. His background in construction always shone through, laying the foundation for his eventual career shift. What captivated him most about home building was the challenge it presented and his love for tangible progress.
Dustin's favorite style of home, the mountain rustic design, mirrors his deep appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds him daily. What sets him apart in the world of home building is his meticulous attention to detail and the relentless pursuit of excellence in every project. Cody Lund, Owner of Elk Ridge Builders was raised in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming. With a remarkable upbringing that revolved around his Fathers career as a Home builder, his Journey in construction began from the moment he took his first steps.

Growing up, he spent countless hours on construction sites, absorbing invaluable insights from his father, who was a respected home builder in Jackson. The family legacy was deeply rooted in construction, with Cody’s father's company, High Mountain Construction, having built over 100 homes in Jackson.
In 2011, Cody made a significant life change by relocating to Teton Valley. Armed with a business degree from Utah State University, where he graduated with honors in Business.
Cody and his wife Kayla are proud parents of three wonderful girls and one energetic boy. They devote their free time to chasing their kids around at various sports activities, wholeheartedly supporting their children's passions.
After completing his education, Cody ventured into the commercial construction industry in Seattle, where he contributed to projects for renowned companies such as Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, and Seattle Children's Hospital. However, his heart always remained in the serene beauty and close-knit community of the Tetons. In 2014, he returned to the area, and started to build his family in Teton Valley where he enjoys dirt biking, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking and boating.
Cody's lifelong dream of building custom homes, fueled by his upbringing, finally came to fruition after many long conversations with Dustin Hulme, a trusted and respected friend of over a decade.
Throughout his journey, Cody has personally experienced the challenges of building homes on a budget. He takes immense pride in helping individuals and families with fixed budgets turn their aspirations into reality. Guiding clients through the process and ensuring their desires align with their budget is a deeply rewarding aspect of his team's work.

Rachael Heuseveldt has lived most of her life in Idaho and absolutely loves it. She loves the great outdoors and the cozy indoors. Her favorite outdoor activities include camping, paddle boarding, bike riding, and hiking. Her favorite indoor activities include reading and sewing.
Rachael graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Idaho State University. She is married to her middle school crush, has four amazing children, and three crazy dogs.
Zac Nelson, a Utah native who has always had a deep passion for Teton Valley. When the opportunity to call it home came knocking, he seized it without hesitation. With over a decade of experience in construction, Zac is a skilled professional with a true love for the outdoors, including road biking, mountain biking, and fat biking, as well as hiking, snowshoeing, and paddleboarding. Most importantly, Zac treasures quality time with his family; he and Jaime are proud parents to four children, bringing a sense of dedication and commitment to everything he does at our Elk Ridge Builders.
As a native to Teton Valley, Michaela has extensive knowledge regarding the amazing valley you have chosen to build in. With a background in many facets of the building industry, she truly enjoys the process of helping clients make their home beautiful and functional from the inside out. When she isn’t working or wrangling her two wild children, you can find her on horseback, dirtbiking, reading a book or tackling some DIY project.
